Classroom policies

Student policies

These policies cover payments, cancellations, no-shows, class changes, and how to raise a concern about a class or instructor.

1. Enrollment and payment

Your seat is reserved while payment is pending. Enrollment is confirmed only after the payment is completed. If a session fills before your payment completes, NexaCTF may cancel the enrollment and arrange a refund or move you to another session.

2. Refunds

If NexaCTF cancels a session, or cannot provide the class you paid for, you are eligible for a refund or transfer to another session. Change-of-mind refunds are reviewed case by case and may be limited once class materials or a meeting link have been provided. Approved refunds are processed through the original mobile-money payment method.

3. Student cancellations

Contact support as early as possible if you cannot attend. Late cancellations may not be refundable, but we may allow a transfer to a future session at our discretion.

4. No-shows

If you do not join within a reasonable time after the session starts, the seat may be marked as a no-show. No-shows are normally not refundable. If you have a genuine emergency, contact support and we will review it.

5. Instructor or platform cancellation

If an instructor cannot teach, NexaCTF will try to reschedule, provide a replacement instructor, or refund the enrollment. You will be notified through the email or phone number on your account.

6. Class conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, sharing illegal material, and disrupting the class are not allowed. NexaCTF may remove a student from a session or the platform for serious or repeated violations.

7. Reporting a concern

Use the Classroom report form for concerns about instructor conduct, class quality, payments, safety, or anything that made the class unsafe or unusable. Reports are visible only to the NexaCTF trust and safety team.
